The $211M second phase of The Peninsula will create 1,000 jobs

Daimler Group and Flaherty & Collins, developers of The Peninsula on the Scioto River in downtown Columbus, say the project’s $211 million second phase will deliver “a soaring dense urban development needed to attract market-changing employers and the workforce they require,” nbc4i.com reports. The second phase “will feature about 400 new residential units,” with 20% of the units committed to affordable housing, and “245,000 square feet of Class A office space,” according to the article. It will also include 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
