Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park adding 320 acres for development

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is preparing to release approximately 320 acres of the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park to the Columbus Regional Airport Authority for development, NBC4i.com reports. The move will allow Rickenbacker to develop about an additional 4.5 million square feet of industrial space, according to the article. Construction on a 518,000-square-foot speculative building on the park’s Rail Campus is set to begin in March 2022, and a 580,000-square-foot building on its Intermodal Campus is already under construction.
